If the seat back does not raise to upright position crisply, or if there is play in the seat back when it is any position, the actuator needs overhauled.
Exchange units: If we have the order by noon Central Standard Time they will be shipped the same day in most instances.
If you send us your actuators we will overhaul them and ship back generally within 3 working days.
